Reservation Deposits
Deposits are 50% of the stay.
Deposits must be received within 10 days of booking.
Credit card, check, or money order accepted.
Reservations made less than 30 days before arrival require 100% of stay on a credit
card at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival: 75% of deposit will be refunded. 25% handling fee is non-refundable.
Cancellations 30 or less days before arrival: NON-refundable: NO deposit refund.
Late Arrivals / Early Departures
Due to our destination location: Guests are responsible for full payment of the entire reserved stay. NO refunds will be given for partial stays.
Payment
Full payment of balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards are accepted.
No personal checks are accepted within 30 days of arrival.
Other Charges
Credit card is required for damage/cleaning policy.
There is a $10 charge for any key that is not returned.
Local phone calls are free.
Long distance phone calls require a calling card.
General Policies and Other Information
Ski season housekeeping services include:
1.) Daily service includes restock of appropriate consumable items
and trash emptied
2.) Midweek service includes (7 day stays) vacuum, clean bathrooms, change linens in addition to daily service
We have on site parking (one car per unit).
Most units are non-smoking. Please specify if you have a preference.
CIGAR smoking is NOT allowed.
Check in is after 4:00 P.M.
Check out is by 11:00 A.M.
Late Check In Procedures
For guests arriving after the office is closed:
There will be an envelope by the office door with the guest's last name.
Inside will be a key, map, and information.
Guests will need to check in at the office in the morning.
We suggest grocery shopping in the town of Taos.
There is only one small convenience store in the Village.
No Pets: We do NOT allow pets of any kind, at any time.
